I've made an exciting commitment to become a YSC Champion for the second year with the Bianchi Survivor Bike Program campaign. The money I raise will go to donate bikes to young women with breast cancer. and support Young Survival Coalition (YSC), the premier non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and educating young women affected by breast cancer.
Last year we donated 25 bikes! This year we want to increase that number, and with your help we will!
Each year, more than 13,000 young women 40 and under are diagnosed with breast cancer. I am making the commitment to help raise money to support these women, so they can face breast cancer feeling empowered.
I know I can do it with donations from people like you. How will your contribution help?
Approximately 30% of participants at each TdP are breast cancer survivors, and Tour de Pink (tourdepink.org) is more than just a ride for them, it's an empowering experience to reconnect with their bodies after cancer treatment. We are providing an opportunity to support young breast cancer survivors who would otherwise be unable to afford to ride in Tour de Pink.
Young breast cancer survivors often face economic hardships because of lack of access to comprehensive health insurance as well as steep medical costs associated with a breast cancer diagnosis. Young survivors are often burdened by student loan debt, are less established in their careers, and lack savings.
Help us raise funds for a young breast cancer survivor. Your donation will go directly towards another bicycle for a survivor.
Any amount helps!
Thank you, in advance, for your support. I truly appreciate your generosity.
